Appointment Times and Fees:

New Client Initial Assessment and Visit (1-hour)

• $75 per person/per initial visit

  • Additional $20 flat rate travel fee for home visit

Routine Follow-up Visit (45-minutes)

• $60 per person/per follow-up visit 

  • Additional $20 flat rate travel fee for home visit

Prices are based on standard care.  
Extra fees may apply depending on the complexity of the service or specific client needs. 

Payment is required at time of service.  No insurance claims will be filed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and Venmo.
